Today’s Horoscope for Aries:
They’re exciting, they’re different and they have an accent you can’t quite place. Doesn’t get any better than this, does it? Be sure you take time to appreciate this. They’re a gift from the heavens.

Who are the ‘they’ the horoscope refers to? Accents? Gifts from Heaven? (hmmm, maybe it’s all of you who popped in to rescue me from writer hell — and come to think of it, anyone’s who’s not from New York DOES have an accent, and a funny one at that. You should hear yourselves.)

Tarot reading — One Card Spread.
Q: Is the doubt day over?
The card represents the critical factor for the issue at hand. Nine of Wands (Strength): A pause in the current struggle to ready oneself. Preparation to meet the final conclusive onslaught. Forces assembled in anticipation of trials and tribulations. The steeling of the will to stand or fall. A line drawn in the sand.

Sounds very military romantic adventure-ish. I like.

Am still down in the bunker — but have Suzanne’s affirmations firmly in hand…(my personal favorite that I borrowed from her: Writing Fulfills Me.)

(scarygrasshopperpicture flashback)

Oh look, there’s Katie with chocolate…

…preparing for battle — Sharon promised to lend me arsenal. And she threatened me too. She’s obviously learning from Larissa.

*grabs Jerri and Linda and hauls them out too – looks around, blinking at the daylight*

Mission accomplished. Out of the bunker. For now. What happens next is anyone’s guess.

Oh, and can anyone direct me to a pre-existing spreadsheet that actually adds daily word count — I’m an excel/math idiot and need something easy, since I’m obviously ill-prepared to quit this writing-gig for longer than 12 drama-filled hours 🙂
