New York Times Bestselling author Stephanie Tyler writes what she loves to read - romantic suspense novels starring military heroes and paranormal romance novels, all complete with happy endings. She also co-writes as Sydney Croft. She lives in New York with her husband, her kids and her crazy Weimaraner, Gus.

  • Stephanie's Hard to Hold series was part of Bantam Dell's extremely popular trilogy program, with book 3 of her trilogy hitting the New York Times Bestseller List and all three books spending multiple weeks on the Bookscan's Top 100 Romance Bestseller List.
  • Stephanie's Blazes have landed on Bookscan's top 100 Bestselling Romances list.
  • Sydney Croft is the pen-name Stephanie co-writes under – Sydney writes Paranormal Erotic Romance – the series is dubbed, X-Men meets Erotica – and there are currently three books in print, plus a novella as of Fall 2008, with three more contracted book to come. Sydney has her own site.
  • Stephanie holds a Masters Degree in English Literature from Fordham University (and was halfway through the PhD program as well when she decided to complete a Masters in Secondary English Education). She's taught English lit from middle school through college, where she was an adjunct professor.
