Giveaway at Ann Aguirre’s blog

1.  The extremely talented and generousAnn Aguirre (aka Ava Gray) is having some cool giveaways on her blog this week in honor of Christmas – I’m up there today, so head on over and check it out!

2.  I’ll be chatting tomorrow night over at LIST at 8PM EST – come on over and have some fun! Tyler-1789

3.  The tree is up.  Gus, however, is far too enthralled by the idea of having an actual piece of the outdoors in the house.  He’s like, dude, it’s like having a stick anytime I want – all I need to do is rip it off myself!

Me:  Zoo, Gus is chewing on a piece of the tree!

Zoo:  At least his breath will be evergreen fresh.

4.  Amount of actual Christmas shopping accomplished :  Zero.  Why can’t the tree be enough?! It is for Gus…

  1. I cant believe he is standing in a pot hole in one of the “good” roads

I just finished reading Hard to Hold and it was THE BEST. There was only one copy left in my Borders if you were interested :)

    Reese

    • {{{Reese}}} So glad you liked Jake!!! And yes, I love hearing that borders only had 1 left!

Of course, then I worry about reorders. it’s always something :)

And yes, the roads in Africa are really something…but it’s such a wonderful trip, really! It’s just not always comfortable…

    • Gus’s look is guilt (b/c he’s not supposed to be on the furniture) and Zoo caught him on there. This was when I was having my author photos done.

      His coat is beautiful tho!

  2. Gus is beautiful. I have a Weimie too! Mine stands on the arm of the sofa like that too! I love your books and look forward to the next. Happy Holidays.

    • *waves to Becky!*

YAY for the weims! Male or female? Gus is our first male – huge difference from the girls, I have to say. He’s very sweet and goofy.

I don’t think there’s actually a way to keep them off the furniture…

And thanks for the books love!!!

      • We have a female. She is our first Weim so I have nothing to compare to. She is very loving but can also be a tyrant. We kept her off the furniture for the first year to establish her rank, then she was allowed onto the sofa. Best breed ever and I wouldn’t know what to do without her! Give Gus kisses and hugs from us!

  3. LOL @ tyrant – they do like to be in charge! Training them is so imp’t so they don’t go completely out of control…and yes, I totally agree with you on the best breed thing! They’re so damned loveable you can’t even yell at them…
