What should’ve happened yesterday:
Husband: Want to order a movie?
Me: No! Absolutely not! I have work to do.
Husband: I’m so proud of you and your strict work ethic. Go to it!
What really happened yesterday:
Husband: Want to order a movie?
Me: Sure. And let’s make popcorn too.
But after the movie I did go and work. Normally I can get chapters 1 – 3 down pretty much in order, but that’s not happening this time. For one of the books, anyway. Maybe it will go better today. So I’m headed back to work (no, really.)
But before you go, take the quiz. And really, I do feel for Bert when he tells Ernie to just leave him alone all the time.

You Are Bert |
![]() Extremely serious and a little eccentric, people find you loveable – even if you don’t love them! You are usually feeling: Logical – you rarely let your emotions rule you You are famous for: Being smart, a total neat freak, and maybe just a little evil How you life your life: With passion, even if your odd passions (like bottle caps and pigeons) are baffling to others |

ROFL!!! I’m Oscar the Grouch.
“Grumpy and grouchy, you aren’t just pessimistic. You revel in your pessimism. (I’m not sure that’s really true.)
You are usually feeling: Unhappy. Unless it’s rainy outside, and even then you know the foul weather won’t last.
You are famous for: Being mean yet loveable. And you hate the loveable part. (Lord, I hope I’m not mean all the time! And I don’t mind being thought lovable!)
How you life your life: As a slob. But it’s not repelling as many people as you’d like!” (Well, I AM pretty messy…)
OMFG I got ELmo! :frazzled:
What movie did you watch?

***You Are Ernie***
Playful and childlike, you are everyone’s favorite friend – even if your goofy antics get annoying at times.
You are usually feeling: Amused – you are very easily entertained
You are famous for: Always making people smile. From your silly songs to your wild pranks, you keep things fun.
How you life your life: With ease. Life is only difficult when your friends won’t play with you!
Oh now, that’s a little strange since yesterday’s blog was about songs stuck in my head. Tickle me Amie:eek:
Tori – I like Oscar – he says what he means
ROFLMAO @ Cece being Elmo!!! My daughter will love you! Oh, and we watched Jarhead…I liked the movie better than the book (Jamie Foxx was good) but my husband couldn’t stand the movie.
Hey Bailey!! (I love that name, btw) Ernie’s a cool one…except when I’m being Bert-like.
Shouldn’t that board behind Bert say Show Don’t Tell?
“Me want COOKIES!!”
Steph. We keep getting the same answers on these quizzes. If we ever meet, it’s gonna be scary!
I’m the cookie monster
Your strict work ethic sounds like mine.
I’m Bert too..
I got Big Bird. Not sure what that says about me, lol …
Cece – OMG – I didn’t even notice that. Too bad I don’t know how to photoshop.
Raine & Bonnie – back away from the cookies slowly…(Jake’s words, not mine)
Jean – maybe scarier for other people if we meet!
Michelle – if it gets any stricter, I don’t know what we’ll do… And I hope you hear SOMETHING soon!!
April – I’ll lend you some of my paper clips
Jill – hey, at least you’re tall:LOL:
OK. As long as it’s scarier for *other* people, I’m OK with that! :bravo:
